Anadolu Ajansı (AA) will provide scholarships to two master's and two PhD students during their thesis period in order to support their academic and professional growth while helping them gain experience in their fields and plan their careers, and to increase AA's presence in the academic field.

The monthly scholarship amount is 25,000 TL for PhD students, and 12,500 TL for master’s students.

Eligibility Criteria

·       Thesis subject must be about Anadolu Ajansı,

·       Applicants must have been accepted into a PhD or Master’s program,

·       For master's, only applications from Türkiye are accepted; for PhD, both domestic and international applications are accepted.

Required Documents

·      Thesis topic proposal form,

·      Master's/PhD student certificate,

·      Two letters of recommendation,

·      Statement of purpose

·      English proficiency certificate obtained within the last two years (minimum YDS score: 80 or minimum TOEFL score: 90)

Scholarship Duration

·      The scholarship only covers the thesis period.

·      Duration is 2 semesters for the Master's Degree.

·      For the PhD, the duration is 4 semesters (If it is approved, may be extended for an additional two semesters)

Scholarship Cancellation

·      If the expected PhD duration is exceeded,

·      In case of suspension of enrollment,

·      If the topic of the thesis is not related to Anadolu Ajansı, the scholarship will be canceled.

Note: In case of cancellation, the amount paid will be reclaimed, including adjustments for inflation rates.

Publishing

·      Theses written within the scope of AA Research Scholarships approved by the Executive Board may be published by AA Publications.
